BIWIN provided the eMMC TAE208 (32GB), designed to meet automotive standards and validated in the AEC-Q100 reliability standard to prevent physical damage.

 

The product supports HS400 high-speed mode, allowing faster data transfer and more efficient processing of real-time data.

 

It also includes the Boot partition and RPMB, ensuring secure system booting and data encryption. The EUDA partition boosts durability and performance, making it perfect for applications where high data capacity and long lifecycles are required.

 

With a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and an MTBF exceeding 20 million hours, the TAE208 is tough enough to endure harsh conditions (such as high vibration and humidity) as well as extreme temperatures.
